| Your name, email, company and country | To create your account, issue your invoice, and reach you about your order. Supplied by you at registration. |
| Your order and delivery history | To show your services in your dashboard, to deliver them, and to keep the accounting records a business is required to keep. |
| The business details you type into the intake | To build your deliverable from your own information rather than from guesses. Used for that and nothing else. |
| Files you send for your order (data, documents, images, audio) | To build what you ordered — for example, to train a model on your own data. Used for that and nothing else. You can remove any file from your dashboard at any time, and they are deleted with your account. |
| Contact details you give in the chat assistant | If you write your email or phone number in the chat, we keep it with the last few lines of what you asked, so that a person can get back to you. Ask and we delete it. |
| A password-reset request | The email you entered and when, so that we can send you a reset link. Removed with your account. |
| A session cookie and your language preference | To keep you logged in and to show the site in the language you chose. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by us. |
These kinds of processor, and only what each one needs:
The free website check. When you check a website, we fetch its public pages the way an ordinary visitor would, following its robots.txt, and keep the result for 24 hours so a repeat check of the same site costs nothing. The result is stored against the website, not against you. To limit how many checks can be run, your IP address is used only in memory and in scrambled form, and is never stored with the result.
Concierge memory. When you are signed in, the assistant keeps the needs, goals and preferences you tell it, and a one-line summary of each conversation, so it does not ask you again. You see them in your dashboard and can remove any item, or all of them, at any time; they are included when you download your data and erased when you delete your account. The summary is written by an AI model after the conversation; card numbers and passwords are never kept.
Account and order records are kept while your account exists and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Delivered files stay available in your dashboard so you can re-download them. Intake details and the files you sent are kept with the order they belong to until you remove them or close your account.
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its data. Write to the contact address below and we will act within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your personal data; we keep the minimum invoice record that accounting rules require, and nothing more.
Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash and we never see them. Repeated wrong passwords lock an account for a while, and resetting a password signs you out everywhere else. Your delivered files are served only to your own logged-in session. We do not hold a formal security certification, and we will not claim one: if your procurement requires an audited vendor, we are not the right supplier and we would rather tell you now.
