We build a digital service for your business, put it live and run it for you on a monthly plan, billed monthly, every 3 months or yearly at the price stated before you buy. Each service page lists exactly what the service includes and what each plan adds. What is listed there is what you get; nothing on this site is an open-ended engagement.
Work begins after payment clears. Your dashboard asks for the details the deliverable has to be built from; building starts once the ones marked required are in, and the dashboard shows anything still missing. Until building has begun you can cancel and get your money back in full.
Every delivery is tested before it reaches you: everything we build is checked automatically, every figure must have a source, and everything the service promises must be there. Work that fails those checks is fixed and checked again rather than sent.
Each plan includes a number of care rounds a month — changes, fixes and help: tell us on the order page what to adjust, and we rebuild those parts and run the same checks again.
What we build for you — the words, the design, the set-up and the guide — is yours to use and change, and it stays yours if you cancel. We keep no licence over it and we do not resell your specific work to anyone else. We do reuse our own tools, templates and methods across customers, which is what makes the price possible.
Our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to what you paid for that service. We are not liable for lost profit, lost data or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
A plan can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard and runs to the end of the period already paid for. We may decline or refund an order — before or after payment — if we cannot deliver it honestly, and we will say why.
